Is there a free plan?
Yes. Base Camp is free forever, with trade logging, broker imports, a journal, market prep and 90 days of stats. Upgrade to Ascent for the full analytics history and MeruIQ insights, or to Summit for the AI coach and no limits.
How does team (per-seat) pricing work?
Any paid tier can be bought per seat for an organization, starting at 2 seats. You get desks, oversight and seat management on top of the tier, and the per-seat price drops with volume, at 10+ and again at 25+ seats. Trading solo but expect a team later? Start on an individual plan and join your organization's license when it exists; you keep every workspace, trade and playbook.
If my organization pays for me, do I pay twice?
Only if you choose to. Your organization seat and a personal plan are billed separately, so the Workspace alerts you when your organization already covers your access, and then you can switch your personal plan to Base Camp (free) and stop paying twice. We never cancel your personal plan for you; the choice is yours.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Every paid plan can be billed annually at ten months' price — two months free — for individual plans and per-seat team plans alike (Ascent $120/yr, Summit $290/yr for individuals). Switch between monthly and annual anytime in Settings: moving to annual applies right away with credit for the unused month; moving back to monthly takes effect when your year ends.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. Meru Technologies is a software company, not a broker-dealer, and never holds trading funds.
